Gold American Advertising Award 2026
I had the honor of receiving a gold American Advertising Award at the Inland Empire competition in April of 2026 for my "Alo catalog" design. Although I wasn't able to be there in person to receive the award, my sweet friends wanted to help me commemorate this achievement by taking portraits of me and the award. I am proud and excited to represent California Baptist University in the design community.
Bronze American Advertising Award 2025
I had the honor of receiving a bronze American Advertising Award at the Inland Empire competition in April of 2025 for my "Rec Center" logo design.
SPE West 2025
In November 2025, my piece was selected for the Society for Photographic Education West Chapter exhibition, hosted at the University of California, Riverside ARTS California Museum of Photography. SPE is the leading forum for fostering understanding of photography in all its forms and related media. SPE engages its worldwide membership and affiliated communities through a range of supportive platforms, including conferences, events, and publications. This photograph is part of my senior portfolio body of work, "In His Image".
Shot of the Week
In 2024 and 2025, three of my sports photos, including water polo and basketball, were selected by CBU Athletics and highlighted as the "Shot of the Week" presented by Arcade Coffee on their Instagram @cbulancers.
Interlude
In December 2022, my piece was selected for "Interlude," a photographic exhibition hosted by CBU Photography at the Riverside Art Museum. The photo was a self-portrait inspired by the unique self-portraits of the street photographer Vivian Maier.
